Text Job Details to a Tech

On KeyBolt Pro, use Text job on the web job's Team card to send the job details from your shop line to a tech's saved cell number. This is separate from assigning the job and its in-app notification.

Preview the Message

1. Open the job's Team card and choose Text job.
2. Read What they get, the exact text that will be sent.
3. Check the recipients. People already on the job start selected; you can change the choices offered.
4. Send and read the result for each recipient.

A person without a saved cell number cannot be selected. Ask the owner to update their team record. Your shop line must be ready for texting, and your role must have permission to send.

If Some Texts Fail

Successful recipients are listed separately from failures. Check the failed numbers and send only to those people again. Do not resend to the entire crew just because one number failed.
