- Is there an Android app?
- Yes. KeyBolt is on Google Play in the United States. Sign in with your existing account and it syncs with the same shop your office, iPhone, and iPad users already use.
- Can I take a card on Android?
- Not with Tap to Pay, which is iPhone only today. On Android you can send the bill with a pay link or record another payment method.
- What actually works offline?
- Jobs, customers, photos, notes, key codes, and stock counts. Invoices, payments, and estimates need a connection, because money should not be settled from a stale copy.
- Does it cost extra?
- No. The app is the same app on both plans and is included at no additional cost.
- What happens to shop data on a lost phone?
- It is stored encrypted on the device. Deactivating the team member in Settings makes their phone wipe its copy the next time it checks in.
