What happens after the free trial?

It becomes $99 (Basic) or $189 (KeyBolt Pro), month to month, charged to the card you started the trial with. You add that card on day one and nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Cancel before day 15 from Settings, then Subscription, and you pay nothing at all.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Open Settings → Subscription and switch plans there. Stripe handles the billing change, so you pay the difference for the days you actually use.

What's the difference between the two plans?

Basic ($99) gets you everything except the phone system: jobs, dispatch, customers, invoices, inventory, accounting, reports, tags, the phone app, and the Colab unified inbox for email, website requests, and leads. Customer reach is email-only on Basic. KeyBolt Pro ($189) adds your own business phone line with browser softphone, inbound call ringing, two-way SMS shared inbox, recordings, transcripts, the AI after-hours receptionist, and the LSA performance dashboard. The in-app AI helper is on both plans (150 chats a month on Basic, 500 on Pro).

Does Basic include text messages?

Basic reaches customers by email, which covers bills, receipts, and reminders. Texting lives on KeyBolt Pro, because it runs on your own business number: bill texts, "On My Way" notifications, appointment reminders, and two-way replies. If you try to text a bill on Basic, the app offers you the upgrade.

How are voice and SMS charges handled on KeyBolt Pro?

Telnyx bills you directly at their published rates, and KeyBolt adds no markup on minutes or messages. A typical small shop runs $80 to $130 a month there, which is what a business phone line costs anywhere. Most shops are already paying that to a carrier who gives them no software with it.
