ServiceTitan is enterprise field service software. It is genuinely powerful and it is aimed at companies considerably larger than a locksmith shop with a couple of vans. This page exists to help you work out which side of that line you are on.
What KeyBolt costs
KeyBolt is $99 a month for Basic (up to 5 team members) and $189 for KeyBolt Pro (up to 10). Both are month to month, both include a 14-day free trial with no card, and neither charges per extra user inside those limits. On Pro, voice and SMS are billed directly by Telnyx at carrier rates with no markup from KeyBolt, which runs a typical small shop $80 to $130 a month on top.
What ServiceTitan publishes
- ServiceTitan does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three tiers, Starter, Essentials, and The Works, each with a "Request Pricing" button.
- The page describes the model as per-technician: "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size."
- No contract length, implementation fee, or minimum user count is stated on that page. Ask about all three before signing anything.

Where ServiceTitan is the better pick.
We would rather you chose right than chose us.
On capability, ServiceTitan wins almost everywhere. Reporting, workforce management, marketing attribution, and integrations are all far deeper than KeyBolt’s, and that is not close.
If you run 20+ technicians, multiple locations, or need call-tracking and marketing attribution at that level, ServiceTitan is a serious tool and KeyBolt is not a substitute for it.
They have a large implementation and training organisation. That is worth real money when you are moving a big business.
So which one?
Pick KeyBolt if
A locksmith shop with one to five vans that wants to be running today, at a price it can see, without an implementation project.
Pick ServiceTitan if
A larger trades business with the headcount and the operations team to use what it offers, and the budget for per-technician pricing.

- Because they do not publish it. Their pricing page lists three tiers with a "Request Pricing" button on each. Any specific figure we printed would be secondhand, so we would rather tell you what to ask them: the per-technician rate, the contract length, the implementation fee, and the minimum.
- Is ServiceTitan better than KeyBolt?
- On breadth and depth, yes, clearly. The question is not which is more capable, it is whether that capability fits a shop with two vans. Enterprise software has an operational cost that a small shop pays in time.
- What if I grow?
- KeyBolt covers up to 10 team members on Pro. Past that you are outside what it is built for, and moving on would be reasonable. You can export your customers, jobs, invoices, and inventory whenever you want.
