FieldPulse has a much broader feature set across trades, including fleet tracking and custom forms, neither of which KeyBolt builds.
Seat-based pricing with a cheaper field-only seat can work out well if you have many techs who only need to see their jobs. KeyBolt’s flat tiers cap at 10 people regardless.
They are a larger, more established company with more integrations.

- Does FieldPulse handle key codes?
- Not as a dedicated field. It has custom forms, which you could shape into one.
- Does KeyBolt track vehicles?
- No. The map shows a pin per job, geocoded from the address. There is no live GPS tracking of your vans, and there are no plans for it.
