Open a job and see who, where, and when, right at the top

- A job and a lead now open the same way on your computer. The number and the service type sit at the top with the status beside them, the customer name is the heading, and the job name sits under it.
- The facts are the buttons. Tap the address to navigate, tap the schedule to send an ETA, tap the phone number to call or text on your shop line.
- A call you start from a job or a lead files itself on that record instead of starting a loose new one.
- The next step comes first and the long record follows. The Details tab no longer opens with a map before you have read anything.
FeatureAugust 27, 2026
Bin junk in one sweep, and find any lead

- Pick several leads in the inbox and report them all as junk at once. They move to Closed and leave your inbox. Nothing is deleted and the history stays.
- Closing is final and there is no reopen, so KeyBolt names what you picked and asks first. Use Archive instead if you might want it back.
- Google leads are left out of the sweep on purpose. Reporting one as junk asks Google for a credit and cannot be taken back, so you still do those one at a time from the lead itself.
- Inbox search now looks through your whole inbox instead of only the rows already on screen. Type a lead number like 1133 or #1133 and you land on it.
FeatureAugust 26, 2026
The phone app, rebuilt around the work

- Every screen has been redone. Lists lead with the name, the status, the time and the one fact you need next, and each screen has one obvious next action.
- One tap to start a job. New job is a labeled button on the Jobs screen instead of a choice hidden behind a menu.
- The new job form asks for the service type and the address first and folds the rest behind Add more details. If something required is blank, Create takes you straight to it.
- The job address fills itself in from the customer you picked, and never writes over anything you already typed.
FeatureAugust 26, 2026
A dashboard that tells you how the shop is doing

- The dashboard opens with the four numbers that matter: money in this month against the same stretch last month, what customers still owe you, jobs today, and estimates waiting on an answer. Each one shows whether it is up or down.
- One big revenue chart with a 7, 30 or 90 day switch, and a dashed line for the same stretch before it, so you can see whether this month is actually better.
- A Needs attention list puts what is slipping in one place.
- The page is laid out in two columns that stack on their own, so a long activity feed no longer stretches a short card into an empty box. It ends up about half as tall.
FixAugust 26, 2026
Fixes across the inbox, the phone line, and the pages you look at all day
- Junk stopped slipping past the sorter. Any email with the word "work" or "would" in it was read as carrying a work order number and skipped the junk filter, so cold sales mail landed in your inbox as a lead. On one shop that was 100 emails in two weeks.
- The inbox search box, tabs and filters stay pinned at the top while the list scrolls.
- Reconnect Google Local Services and the red "you are not getting leads" banner clears right away, instead of staying up until you reload the page.
- The browser phone no longer gets stuck. Tapping Answer at the exact moment a caller hung up used to jam it and refuse every call after that until you reloaded.

- Tap to Pay is not available on Android yet. Send the bill or record another payment method instead.
FeatureAugust 24, 2026
Sell one product in several options

- Put items into a product family: one product with several options a customer picks from, like a finish or a keyway.
- Your store page shows the family as one card with the number of options, and the product page lets the customer pick. Each option keeps its own SKU, price, photo and stock count.
- Google Shopping shows them as one listing the shopper picks from, instead of a row of near identical products competing with each other.
- A plain product with no options behaves exactly as before. Nothing you already sell has to change.
FeatureAugust 22, 2026
A real inventory system

- Inventory is now four sections: Stock, Activity, Operations and Reports. The top of the page tells you what is available, what is low, what is in transit, and what the whole lot is worth.
- Stock lives in places. Set up your shop, each van, and anywhere else you keep parts, and every item shows you what is where.
- Move stock between them. Send a transfer the other end has to receive, or move it now in one step. Stock in transit counts as owned but not available.
- Nothing changes a count by accident. The plus and minus buttons are gone from the list. A Stock action asks what actually happened, received, used, returned, damaged, transferred or a plain correction, and shows you the new balance before you confirm.
