- Does it show where my vans are right now?
- No. The map shows a pin for each job, geocoded from its address, not a live vehicle position. There is no GPS tracking of your techs.
- Does my tech need to be online?
- No. The phone app keeps working with no signal. Your tech can open the job, add photos and notes, and it syncs when they get bars back.
