Jobber has a real two-way QuickBooks Online sync today. KeyBolt does not, and if your bookkeeper depends on it that is a strong reason to pick Jobber.
Jobber is a much older and larger company with a bigger support organisation, a partner ecosystem, and years of published material. KeyBolt is new and small.
If you are a single operator who wants the cheapest workable option, Jobber Core at $21/mo prepaid annually is far less than KeyBolt Basic at $99. You give up the phone line, the AI receptionist, and the locksmith-specific records, but the price is the price.
Jobber has client-facing booking and marketing tooling that KeyBolt deliberately does not build.

- Can Jobber store key codes?
- Not as a dedicated, protected field. You can put them in custom fields or notes. Whether that matters is a judgement call about how sensitive you consider a customer’s safe combination.
- Does Jobber give me a phone line?
