Find Jobs on the Map and Plan a Route

Open Map to see jobs with usable map locations and plan the order of stops. On the phone, Map is under More. Map pins show job locations, not live tracking of your techs.

Check the Jobs Without a Pin

Read the list of jobs that could not be placed on the map. A missing pin does not mean the job is gone. Open the job, check its service address, and correct it when you have permission. Refresh the map after the address is saved.

Plan the Stops

Use Plan route where offered and tap job pins to add or remove stops. Use Optimize order for a route of up to 12 stops and review the result before starting. Route estimates help plan travel; they do not change appointments, assign a crew, or send an ETA to customers.

Navigate and Reset

Open a stop's directions in your maps app to drive there. Check the destination and unit before leaving. Remove a stop with its remove control or by tapping its pin again. Closing the web route panel keeps its selected stops; remove them if you want to start again. Controls and navigation choices differ between the web map and the phone app.
