Connect Yelp Leads Through Zapier

When Yelp leads is available under Integrations, the owner can connect Yelp quote requests through Zapier. Leads and customer messages appear as Colabs. Replies need their own enabled Zap.

Start Setup

1. Open Integrations > Yelp leads on the website.
2. Have your Yelp Business and Zapier accounts ready.
3. Tap Start setup to open the guided Zapier setup.
4. Connect the accounts and turn on the lead and reply workflows shown in the guide.
5. Return to KeyBolt and tap Check again to refresh the status.

Zapier is a separate account and may charge for usage under its plan. Review its terms during setup. Connecting Yelp does not give KeyBolt your Yelp password.

Leads On, Replies Off

Replies off means leads can arrive but KeyBolt cannot send a reply back to Yelp yet. Turn on the reply Zap, then check again. Until then, answer the customer in Yelp. The Colab shows this reason too.

Reply From the Colab

Choose Reply on Yelp to send through Zapier back to the Yelp conversation. Email and Pro text may also be offered when the customer's details are available; those are separate delivery channels.

If the Yelp row is absent, the integration is not enabled for your shop or your account cannot manage it. Contact support about availability.
