Report Junk in the Inbox
Clear Spam Out in One Go
Report junk closes robocalls, spam email, and wrong numbers as spam and takes them out of your Inbox in one action. Owners, managers, and dispatchers can use it, on both plans.
Closing is permanent. Reported Colabs move to Closed and there is no reopen button. Nothing is deleted and the history stays, but if you might want the conversation back, use Archive instead.
How to Use It
- In the Inbox list, tick the checkboxes on the junk rows.
- Tap Report junk in the bar that appears.
- Read the confirmation. It names what you picked and says which ones will be left out.
- Confirm.
Colabs that are already closed or cancelled are skipped. If some go through and some do not, KeyBolt tells you how many of each and why.
Google Leads Are Deliberately Left Out
KeyBolt will not sweep a Google Local Services lead into a bulk junk report, and it tells you which ones it skipped. The reason is money: reporting a Google lead as junk files a credit request with Google, and once it goes it cannot be taken back, even if you later decide the lead was real. One careless sweep would file several of those on your account at once.
To report a Google lead as junk, open that Colab on its own and use the Report as junk button at the top. That is the deliberate, one-at-a-time path, and it is the only one.
For Anything Else, Close With a Reason
A single Colab that did not come from Google has no Report junk button. Open it, tap Close, and pick the reason that fits, for example 'Spam or robocall' or 'Wrong number'. Same result, one Colab at a time. See Colab Statuses, Closing, and Reopening.
