Find Keys and History for an Address
Open the customer's Service locations and choose the exact address before reading or saving keys and repair history. One business can have several buildings with different locks. An address's secure details stay with that location.
Find the Site
Use Search anything to search for the property or address and find the associated customer, then open the matching service location. Check the unit or suite as well as the street. A parent's billing address is not necessarily the job site.
Read and Save the Right Details
Use that location's Secure details for key codes, bitting, safe combinations, masterkeying, repair history, and rekey dates. Add new work to the matching address rather than mixing it into another building's notes.
Owners, managers, dispatchers, and techs can view secure location details. Changing them takes an owner, manager, or dispatcher. Other roles can see the site's ordinary address information without seeing its secrets.
Keep Job History Connected
Pick the saved location when making a job so the crew starts with the right address. Use the customer's work history and the linked job's History to review prior work. An address search helps locate a record; it does not search encrypted key codes or grant access to them.
