Handle Store Orders
Where Orders Land
When someone buys from your online store, the order shows up under Orders in the sidebar, with a badge until you look at it.
Orders are on both plans. Owners, managers, and dispatchers can see them. Techs and bookkeepers can't, because the page carries the buyer's contact details.
What You Get Told
The moment an order is paid:
- The shop owner gets an email with everything: who bought, how to reach them, what they ordered, and the total.
- Everyone gets a deliberately vague in-app notification ("New store order: $84.00"). The buyer's details stay off it on purpose, because notifications are readable by your whole team. The real detail is on the Orders page.
- The buyer gets a confirmation email.
Reading an Order
Each order card shows the buyer's name, email and phone, when it came in, the total, a Ship or Pickup tag, and the items. Shipped orders show the address. Pickup orders show the name the buyer gave for collection.
Every order carries a status: Paid, Fulfilled, Refunded, or Cancelled. Only paid orders appear here. Abandoned carts never show up.
Marking an Order Fulfilled
Once you've handed it over or put it in the post, tap Mark fulfilled on the order.
What This Page Can't Do
The Orders page is a fulfillment list, not an order editor. It can't refund, cancel, edit, or partially fulfill. Refunds are done from your Stripe dashboard, since that's where the money is. The page shows your 50 most recent orders with no search or filters.
