Log Business Mileage

Open Accounting > Mileage on the website to record business trips. KeyBolt totals the miles and shows an estimated deduction using the rate saved on each trip.

Add a Trip

1. Tap Log trip.
2. Enter the trip date and miles.
3. Add the purpose if useful, such as visiting a job site or picking up supplies.
4. Save.

Review the date range to see the relevant trips and totals. Use a row's edit or delete control to correct your own entries when permitted.

What Is Recorded

Mileage is entered by your team. KeyBolt does not track a van's live location or automatically record drives. The total is based on the trips saved here. See Use the Accounting Hub.
